Product arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Emailed the company to see if a replacement can be sent out with more secure packaging and am awaiting a response.
We contacted Jacob within a few hours of him sending us an email. Looking at pictures, and the actual vinyl looks undamaged, just the paper backing has a crinkle. He is going to give it a try and see how it goes, and if there truly is any damage or issues, we would promptly send a new one. Regarding packaging, we box and secure the box inside with a tube, but we can’t account for items getting crushed by hilo’s or other large equipment, unless we packed things in metal tubes, which would make it too expensive and heavy to ship. Not sure why he would put a negative review before contacting us, however that is what he did, hopefully he will go in and correct the review once satisfied.
