Orders and Shipping

It takes roughly 3-6 BUSINESS days to print, laminate, pack and ship your item, plus the chosen shipping time.  The more custom the order, the longer it can take.

To figure out how much shipping is to your particular address, please use the shopping cart, add your items and address into it and it will calculate the EXACT shipping cost for you. Please be aware that it may take 24-36 hours for the tracking information to be placed into the shipper’s system and you may not see movement on your shipment for several days. Especially with any USPS shipments, it’s possible that you won’t see movement in the tracking information until it is actually delivered to your home.

No, we use third party merchant accounts (Stripe, Paypal, etc…) that securely transfers and authenticates the transaction, no data is stored on our site. 

We only charge in our state (Michigan) as directed by the state.

We deliver to any country UPS delivers to.

Typically yes, but some large orders will ship in multiple packages due to weight or size limitations according to the shipping company.

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy on reproduction items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

There is no returns on Custom sized or user created graphics, unless there was shipping damage or an error on our part.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as custom sized or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on blemished or outlet items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
